Micro grooves help stick to the road surface while multidirectional shapes shed water so the tread stays in contact with the ground, making this shoe perfect for running on wet surfaces.
The upper is designed to provide a 'jacket' for the foot. A light and breathable, 3/4-length shroud covers the laces and provides protection from the wet. Inspired by performance outerwear, the shroud helps repel water to keep the foot dry. The upper is also coated with a DWR (durable water repellant) treatment to help water 'bead' off the material.
React cushioning provides a soft feeling underfoot while also providing great responsiveness for faster paced running. The heel's shape takes insight from hundreds of runners, adding a soft, plush design for increased comfort upon landing. This is ideal for runners who like a spongy feel when their foot hits the ground.
The unique support system around the heel is designed to give a locked-in feeling and provide great stability for longer runs. There's a mid foot cage with reinforced eyestays that help secure the foot over the midsole. A wider forefoot creates more toe-splay and helps accommodate for swelling on longer runs. The breathable tongue is also designed to relieve lace pressure.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
