This revolutionary shoe brings some of the technologies developed by Nike for their fastest road shoes to their expanding trail range.

Underfoot Feel

This is the first Nike trail shoe to incorporate ZoomX foam in the construction of the midsole. This offers fantastic levels of cushioning and energy return with a protective feel on rough trails.

The soft ZoomX foam is protected by a firmer carrier foam which also adds a feeling of stability to the shoe. The highly-cushioned midsole protects joints and reduces the stress placed on the muscles of runners over long distances. A rugged outsole design uses a widely spaced lug pattern and will perform well across varied terrain.

Upper Fit

The engineered mesh upper provides additional support in key zones and also includes a supportive internal heel construction and ankle gaiter which helps prevent any loose debris from entering the shoe. The bottom of the lacing is strong and supportive and protective skins add additional durability around the toe box.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike ZoomX Zegama is a shoe designed to perform over long distances on a wide range of off-road terrain. This shoe will help runners fight off the effects of fatigue from the rigours of big mileage on rough trails through the use of highly protective ZoomX foam.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
