Advice for Track Runners: The record-breaking ZoomX Dragonfly in the Barely Volt/Hyper Orange/Dynamic Turq colourway brings the groundbreaking technology of Nike’s road shoes to the track.

Featuring a ZoomX midsole, this spike adds superb energy return and new levels of comfort for runners tackling middle-to-long distance races on the track. Suitable for 1500 to 10000m racing and long track sessions, the ZoomX Dragonfly provides protection and well-cushioned support lap after lap.

The curved ¾ length 6-spike plate smoothes transitions and is designed to ensure perfect placement of stiffer and more flexible areas, maximising performance. A sharkskin heel pad offers additional grip under the heel, vital when driving hard through the bends on the track.

The minimal mesh upper is both incredibly breathable and highly supportive with ventilation and structure engineered into the mesh.

Important Sizing Note: When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing. The conversion for UK sizes 6 and below differs slightly from road or trail running shoes.

Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
