Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Women's Air Zoom Structure 24 Running Shoes in the Cerulean/Valerian Blue/Bright Spruce colourway provide reliable responsiveness and stability.
The shoes feature an Air Zoom unit in the forefoot that gives responsive cushioning. The Air Zoom unit and foam midsole provide a firm, smooth and stable feeling. Data from real runners informs the placement of the crash pad at the heel. This also helps to provide extra cushioning for smooth heel to toe transitions.
In addition, the durable rubber outsole on the Air Zoom Structure 24 is built for mileage. Also, grooves in the forefoot create flexibility, while vertical grooves down the side create stability.
Runner data is also used to position ventilation exactly where it is required in the upper. The mesh on the upper is also engineered for durability. A soft, durable lining around the heel and ankle also helps ensure that socks don’t bunch up as you run. The cushioned tongue helps to pad the laces, while the moulded heel keeps your foot secure.
The Nike Air Zoom Structure 24 is perfect for a variety of different road runs at varied paces. It delivers a superb combination of cushioning and responsiveness. The shoe is a great choice for runners who will benefit from some extra stability.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
