The midsole of the Nike Women's React Infinity 3 is made with React foam. This feels protective, but responsive at the same time. You'll notice the curved shape of the midsole. When you land, this rocker-like design moves your forward and generates a sensation of forward momentum.
A broad based midsole is coupled with a guide-rail like structure. This is the feature that's visible between the midsole and upper. The goal is to deliver a holistic style of support that reduces knee and hip rotation.
Expect the Flyknit upper of the React Infinity Run 3 to feel breathable and supportive. Soft padding around the heel collar extends the sensation of underfoot comfort.
The Nike React Infinity Run 3 is best suited to slower to steady paced runs. If you feel like your form worsens over the course of a run, the holistic support features should benefit you. Additionally, this style of support works well for runners who have distinct differences between their left and right side.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
