Underfoot Feel
These shoes feature a lightweight and highly responsive ZoomX foam midsole which delivers a super-soft feel and fantastic energy return.
The re-engineered midsole has been designed to provide greater stability than in the previous version. It continues to offer support for the three phases of your stride. Firstly, it offers cushioning at ground contact. Secondly, a smooth ride when your foot is moving forward and, finally, flexibility when your foot rises off the ground. The forefoot shape also enhances the stability of the ride.
The waffle outsole is also created using runner data and has been tweaked for extra durability. It provides superb traction with rubber coverage from heel to toe.
Upper Fit
This latest version of the shoe has a revised Flyknit upper which is secure and highly breathable. It also gives a soft, seamless fit. Different areas of the shoe benefit from customised levels of support from the Flyknit construction.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Women's ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 3 Running Shoes are fantastic for long distance running, boasting outstanding levels of cushioning. The ZoomX midsole is also responsive enough to ensure the shoes perform superbly when you pick up the pace.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
