Underfoot Feel
The midsole uses two layers of CloudTec cushioning. These layers work together to absorb impact while reducing energy loss and creating a springboard effect as you run. The stiff Speedboard also delivers a soft yet responsive underfoot feel with a smooth transition from heel to toe-off. The cushioning and Speedboard combine to help you run longer without slowing down, perfect for distance training.
Upper Fit
The upper is constructed using 75% recycled polyester. A star lacing system allows a broader fit across the forefoot and also reduces pressure from laces on top of the foot. In addition, the deep heel counter locks the foot in place securely and adds support.
Ideal Run Type
The On Women's Cloudstratus Running Shoes offer high levels of protective cushioning with a well-supported fit. They're suited to recovery runs and also longer runs at easier paces where comfort and protection are essential.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
