The Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 feature PWRRUN PB foam. This superfoam cushioning delivers incredible energy return and protection.
A full-length nylon plate runs through the midsole. While this still helps improve energy return, it offers a slightly for forgiving feel than carbon fibre. Which is why the Endorphin Speed 3 are also well suited to training.
With a 'winged' design, the plate should also feel more supportive and stable than typical plate constructions.
Finally, Saucony's trademark SPEEDROLL technology ensures your feet transition smoothly and more efficiently from landing to take-off.
Saucony's FORMFIT technology means that the Endorphin Speed 3 upper should conform to your foot shape. The fabric should offer a good balance between breathability and durability.
If you race in carbon fibre plated running shoes, the Saucony Men's Endorphin Speed 3 are great training shoes for fast-paced sessions. This is because they're likely to feel more forgiving for this type of training, while still aiding your performance.
At the same time, the Endorphin Speed 3 are also great racing shoes. They should help improve your running economy and are likely to make you run faster.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
