Increased speed does not need to come at the cost of comfort. Saucony's PWRRUN PB foam provides exceptionally light and responsive cushioning, and still feels substantial underneath your feet.
A winged nylon plate is used, which offers a softer and more forgiving experience than a carbon fibre plate. Importantly, the 'winged' design of the plate offers a more stable base to run on.
When you generate speed, you don't want to lose it unnecessarily. Saucony's SPEEDROLL technology helps to maintain forward momentum.
The premium design of the upper, featuring FORMFIT, means that the upper will adapt to the shape of your foot. This provides confidence to push the pace, with limited chance of irritation of your feet.
Do the Saucony Women's Endorphin Speed 3 Running Shoes need to be kept for race day? Not in our opinion. We've observed that these running shoes are proving to be very popular for both training and racing. However, they may not be best suited to slower paced runs or recovery runs.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
