Run4It Statement – 23rd March 2020 | COVID-19

In order to help protect our team members, customers and the wider community, all of our shops will temporarily be closed from 5:30pm on Monday 23rd March.

Our online shop: run4it.com, will remain open and standard delivery will remain free of charge for orders over £25 until further notice. Should there be any requirement to make any further changes to our online operation as a result of Government advice or a need to do anything further to protect our team, then we will communicate the details as soon as possible.

We know that running can bring so many benefits to people; especially in a situation such as the one we all find ourselves in at the moment. For now, we will really miss helping customers in our shops but look forward to opening our doors again as soon as we can. Our commitment to helping you with your running is incredibly important to us, so we will have more team members available to answer running related questions via the ‘Help’ link on run4it.com, Facebook Messenger, email and phone. If you have a question relating to running then we are happy to hear from you and we will give you the best advice we can.

Some Run4It in-store gift vouchers will expire whilst our shops are closed, however, we will extend the expiry date on such vouchers to 30 days from the date on which our shops reopen. There is no need for you to contact us about extending in-store gift voucher expiry dates. We will make sure you don’t lose out as a result of this temporary shop closure.

We will be contacting customers who have click & collect orders and will offer to send these to you without a delivery charge.

In the event of an in-store purchase needing to be returned to us for an exchange, refund or credit note, please contact us and we will help you.
