Underfoot Feel
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes feel very energetic and responsive underfoot. This is down to two technologies: LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam and carbon-infused ENERGYRODS.
LIGHTSTRIKE PRO - adidas' most resilient foam - works in harmony with the ENERGYRODS to improve your running economy and aid forward momentum.
As the midsole stack height is significant, you should feel well protected underfoot. This is likely to help you finish stronger in the closing stages of your race.
Continental™ rubber on the outsole feels very grippy and improves traction around corners - especially in wet conditions.
Upper Fit
As the adidas Adizero Pro 3 Running Shoes are for racing, the upper is very light and breathable. Small pods inside the heel counter hold your ankle in place.
From testing, we think it's helpful to state that they offer a slightly narrower fit than some competitor models.
Ideal Run Type
Running at a sustained effort for a long time is challenging. The adidas Men's Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes can help make this task easier. This is because the midsole offers lots of protection and propulsion.
We recommend choosing these for half marathon and marathon events. As you might expect, it's a good idea to do some preparation sessions in them.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
