Advice for Road Runners: The adidas Men's Supernova Solution Running Shoes feature Dreamstrike+ foam and Stability Support Rods in a bid to optimise comfort and stability. 

These are technically a stability version of the adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes.

Underfoot Feel

Designed to feel good during daily miles, they feature soft and energetic Dreamstrike+ foam. The technical attributes of the foam takes cues from adidas' Lightstrike Pro foam - which features in their ADIZERO racing shoes.

Thanks to the Stability Support Rod system, your feet and ankles should feel supported throughout the gait cycle. This denser EVA structure mirrors the bone structure in your feet and actively reduces greater ranges of pronation. As it sits underneath the Dreamstrike+ cushioning, the adidas Supernova Solution should feel both cushioned and stable.

Transitions are smoothed out by cut-outs on the outsole. These also save some weight.

Upper Fit

The sensation of support should extend to the upper of the adidas Supernova Solution Running Shoes. The engineered sandwich mesh is likely to feel breathable, soft, and supportive.

This is because the midsole should deliver a great balance between shock absorption and stability. We recommend training in them when you're doing slower to steady paced efforts.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
