Underfoot Feel
The Balanced Cushioning Platform encourages low-impact form throughout your run. In addition, a lightweight and highly-cushioned EGO MAX midsole provides protection on any road run. It also offers great responsiveness and a springy feel when you up the pace.
Altra’s InnerFlex midsole design lets the foot flex naturally while keeping weight to a minimum. The FootPod Technology outsole maps the bones and tendons of your foot and encourages it to bend and move naturally.
Upper Fit
The FootShape Toe Box allows your toes to relax and spread out naturally for more comfort and stability. The upper is designed to improve breathability and hold the foot securely.

The Altra Men's Paradigm 6 Running Shoes provide a solution for runners seeking support in a plush package. The soft, responsive midsole makes these shoes a fantastic option when support, comfort and protection are key.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
