Underfoot Feel
The Flytefoam Blast Eco Plus midsole creates a lightweight and super soft feel. The addition of new PureGel in the heel area further enhances this soft and protective feel. The rocker-like midsole design ensures a smooth and energetic transition through to toe-off while reducing stress on your legs.
A premium Ortholite X-55 sockliner further elevates the plush and highly-cushioned comfort.
The outsole features strategically placed Asics High Abrasion Rubber in high-wear areas to provide fantastic durability.
Upper Fit
The soft engineered knit upper is made using at least 75% recycled materials. It is designed to wrap the foot seamlessly, providing lightweight support and superb breathability. The ankle collar also features a soft knitted construction for added comfort.
Ideal Run Type
The Asics Women's Gel-Nimbus 25 Running Shoes are a brilliant option for runners building up to longer distances while running at slower to steady paces. They're also a great option for experienced runners looking for mileage shoes to provide high levels of protection on both long and recovery runs.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
