Unlike many competitor ‘energy bars’ the Maurten Solid 225 is low on sugar and high on carbohydrates (44.6g per 60g serving), keeping you working as a well fuelled machine and the miles ticking over. The 225 in the title represents the exact calorie content in a single 60g serving.
