Underfoot Feel
Nike's ZoomX foam was first made famous in their road racing shoes. This incredibly light and responsive foam is perfect for fast-paced running.
As a result of the ZoomX cushioning, the Nike Unisex Dragonfly Track Spikes are likely to feel exceptionally cushioned in comparison to other options.
With long distance running in mind, the ridged forefoot plate helps smooth out transitions from landing to take-off.
Upper Fit
Ready for racing, the Nike Unisex Dragonfly Track Spikes feature a lightweight mesh upper.
Ideal Run Type
Specifically designed for 1,500 to 10,000 metre races on the track. We recommend only using the Nike ZoomX Dragonfly Track Spikes for their intended purpose.

Important Sizing Note: When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing.
Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface. They are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
