Calea Souter
Shop Manager

Calea hails from Canada and joined the Run4It team as manager June 2022. A former collegiate footballer in USA, Calea turned her attentions to running to fill a gaping competitive void. Running quickly became a passion. The distances and challenges began to grow. From running a 10k race on the day her first child was born, to qualifying for the coveted Boston Marathon, only to miss out on a place by 1 second. The highs and lows are real and have led Calea down the path of middle-distance triathlons (70.3). Not one to be pigeon-holed, she has also completed a 60-mile ultramarathon and an 800km Switzerland to Germany cycle. In her 'spare' time, she can be found adventuring with her 3 active kids, wild swimming, run directing at the Junior Parkrun, and managing her Elevating Life Holistic Health Coaching business.

You will find Lorna in the gym, in the hills; running, walking or mountain biking and at Junior parkrun with her kids. Lorna also leads an active outdoor group in the Highlands, organising buggy running and bike trailer trekking for like minded parents.
