These shoes have soft, plush cushioning to take the strain off your feet and legs.
ExploreBrooks running shoes are one of our most popular brands at Run4It. Brooks’ approach to designing running shoes makes it very easy for you to choose the right ones for you. Their road running shoes are split into two categories: neutral and support. Any Brooks running shoes with GTS, means they have extra stability built into them. In case you’re wondering, GTS means ‘Go-To-Support’. If you’re looking for neutral running shoes, the Brooks Ghost 15 feel great at a wide range of paces. That’s because DNA LOFT v2 cushioning feels soft, energetic and protective. While the Brooks Ghost 15 are highly cushioned, the Brooks Glycerin 21 are even softer. They feature nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, Brooks’ most premium midsole material. Both models are perfect for marathon training, but you can choose the underfoot experience you like. You could also opt for the Brooks Ghost Max neutral running shoes. For clarity, these are not maximum cushioned Ghost 15 running shoes. Instead, they offer a different underfoot experience. They feature a thick midsole stack with a prominent rocker geometry. Suited to easy paced runs, this midsole geometry should work for runners who suffer from tight calf muscles and/or restricted movement at the ankle joint. Brooks road running shoes with GTS in the name, feature GuideRail support. The holistic support system only kicks in when you need it. While this support should feel very natural, it can help reduce knee and hip rotation. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 are effectively the big brother of the Brooks Ghost 15. And you guessed it, the Brooks Glycerin GTS 21 feature the same cushioning as the Brooks Glycerin 21. Like their neutral counterparts, these Brooks stability running shoes are great for marathon training. You’ll also find men’s and women’s wide-fitting styles at Run4It in the Brooks Ghost 15 and Adrenaline GTS 23 running shoes. We stock all black colourways in the Brooks Ghost 15 and Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 if you’re looking for a darker colourway. We also stock Brooks trail running shoes at Run4It: the Caldera 7 and Cascadia 17 off-road running shoes. The Caldera 7 should offer excellent cushioning, support, and grip for mixed-surface trail runs. As they feature nitrogen infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, they’re likely to feel comfortable in ultra distance events. In contrast, the Cascadia 17 are optimised to perform on rocky terrain and technical trails. This is largely because the midsole and outsole construction are inspired by mountain goat hooves. We just don’t recommend scaling cliff faces in them.
