Run4It Run Club X New Balance - Rebel v5

New Balance Rebel v5 demo run. Run4It Edinburgh Lothian Road Store. Monday the 7th of July 2025.

New Balance returned to our Edinburgh Run Club to debut the new Rebel v5. Guided by the design mantra “Look fast, run fast,” the session gave Run Club members a chance to experience the latest updates firsthand: a refined geometry and increased stack height that deliver a snappier, more cushioned ride - without compromising the shoe’s impressively lightweight feel.

All Run Club members were gifted a FuelCell Rebel t-shirt to kick off the evening, before setting off from the shop at a conversational pace, heading toward Bruntsfield Links. With sunny skies and high spirits, it was the perfect summer evening for a run.

At Bruntsfield Links, Run Club members took on a 4x5-minute progression session - testing the Rebel v5 across gradually faster paces, finishing at an up-tempo effort.

The Rebel v5 proved impressively versatile, offering comfort and responsiveness across a range of efforts - from easy and steady runs to faster-paced intervals, where it truly stood out.
