Wondering where you can have your order delivered to? Interested in who will deliver your order? Need to know what option is best for you? All of your delivery questions are answered below!
Once your order has been dispatched with our courier, DPD Local, you will be receive email and text message notifications which will allow you follow the delivery progress your order is making. You will also be able to assign a safe place to leave the order if you're not at home, request an alternative delivery address/pick up point, or update any of your contact details.
For orders shipped to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, we're unable to provide personal tracking updates. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 0344 824 8180 with your order ID and they will investigate on your behalf.

Delivery is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your Shopping Basket and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Delivery Method choices and their prices.
It's not always possible for us to get your order to you using our courier - DPD Local - due to geographic restrictions. As such, we will send your order to you via Royal Mail for the following postcodes:

As with our U.K. orders, if your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect upon receipt, please contact our customer service team on 0344 824 8180 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged/faulty/incorrect items on your order. However, if this is not possible due to lack of stock, we will attempt to replace with equivalent products that meet your approval or offer you a refund.

You certainly can. Just choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options when you buy online and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect.
Orders normally take between 2-5 working days.
We will hold your order in store for a maximum of 21 days - if you do not collect your order within this time frame, we will notify you and issue you with a full refund. Don't worry, our in-store teams will contact you before the 21 days are up to remind you that your order is available to collect.
When you collect your order, please bring along your order confirmation email (receipt) as proof of purchase.
We deliver all over the UK – far and wide – including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. It may take slightly longer than normal to reach the more exotic reaches of the UK, but we will do our best to deliver to you as soon as we can.
Oh - and because we have a certain affinity with the highlanders and islanders we don't charge any premium for delivering there!
We aim to deliver within four working days. Can’t wait to try your new running gear? We offer a Next Working Day delivery service available for orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 14:00 on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 14.00 on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Items for delivery are sourced and packaged from our stores and as much as we aim to limit multiple deliveries, sometimes due to stock limitations this cannot be avoided.
Deliveries to most mainland UK addresses will be couriered by DPD Local. Keep your eyes peeled for the white van. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands & Islands or have chosen delivery to a BFPO address, it's likely your order will be delivered by the good old Royal Mail.
Yes please. We’d be sad if someone else got their hands on your running gear. If you’re not at home to take the delivery, don’t panic. It’s easy to rearrange delivery.
Yes, as long as we’ve not already sent your order. You can change the delivery address by signing in to your account and going to the ‘My orders’ section. Alternatively call us on 0344 824 8180. In some cases we may be able to help even after your order has been sent.
If delivery has been attempted by the courier company and been unsuccessful then you can arrange redelivery by contacting the courier directly. Simple. Just use the click through reference on your confirmation email or reply to the SMS text to advise the courier what you would like to happen.
If the package has been returned to us and you want to arrange another delivery then you will need to get in touch with us.

Sorry! We do not currently deliver to PO Box addresses, but almost any other UK address will work just fine.
