John Rudd
Shop Manager
John is a seasoned runner, who will take on any challenge, from Parkrun to ultra. Although most of his fast twitch fibres appear to have deserted him, he still enjoys taking part and sharing his experiences with fellow runners. He is not averse to running in disguise (Peter pan or a Smurf! to name but two) and enjoys his annual pilgrimage to Durness to compete in the Cape Wrath challenges.
Ivan Pelisch
Assistant Manager
Ivan joined Run4It in October 2022. Those who know him say it's the perfect job for him, given his extensive sport shoe collection and love for running. Originally from Argentina, Ivan uses running as a way to explore Scotland. When he's not in the CrossFit gym, you'll find him training for his next half-marathon, or maybe a wee bit further.
Anna Leonard
Team Member
Anna joined the Run4It team in September 2023 and currently studies Sport and Exercise Science at Abertay. Although usually found on the hockey pitch, Anna enjoys using running as a way to keep active during the season and off. She hopes to follow in her mum’s footsteps in the future and tick off completing a Marathon!
Morag Hickey
Team Member
Morag joined the Dundee team in April and is a hockey player hailing from the Highlands. With a background of athletics and cross country, she will give almost anything a go. She is a long time survivor of shin splints who uses running to improve herself both on and off the pitch.
Ru Christman
Team Member
Ru joined the Dundee team in February 2025. Originally from the highlands, Ru first found running as a way to explore their area. When they moved to Dundee to study, they found community through running. They are also a keen rock climber and enjoy finding ways to link up trails and climbing routes to discover new places in Scotland. Ru works as an artist blacksmith and sculptor alongside their work at Run4it and often turns to their experience of the landscape and their running adventures as a starting point for their creative practice.
Kristina Gondova
Team Member
Kristina, originally from Slovakia, first came to Dundee in 2020 to study Art & Philosophy. She started running only a few years ago as a way to move better and faster in the hills. Soon after, she found out that's just trail running. She spends more nights sleeping out of her car or a bivvy than in her bed. When she's not running, cycling, or climbing, she can be found collecting rocks or dirt for her art. Kristina is a freelance ceramicist and a woodworker who gains inspiration by staying active and moving within a landscape.
Nick Kester
Team Member
Nick joined the Dundee team in October 2025. Originally from Upstate New York, he moved to Dundee in 2022 to study Philosophy at the University of Dundee. His running background is in competitive cross country and track as well as assisting in run clubs. These days, Nick is a casual runner that enjoys running alongside lifting and other athletics as a way to stay both mentally and physically healthy. Nick finds that his best ideas often come to him while on a run!
Nathan Macdonald
Team Member
Nathan joined Dundee’s team in October 2025 and typically does most his running on a football pitch. He currently studies Psychology of Sport at Stirling University and enjoys running at shorter distances to improve his fitness. After his degree, he hopes to swap the turf for the tarmac and complete his first marathon with his brother.
