The Team. We think they are the best!

Runners, fitness freaks and friendly to boot. Our staff are the heart and soul of Run4It and go through our rigorous induction and training programme before we let them loose on the shop floor. We think they are the best – you often tell us this.

Here’s a little more about the motley crew;

Scott Kennedy - Shop Manager

After a hectic 8 week Uni career, Scott decided to fulfil his childhood dream of working in insurance, before realising after 21 years it wasn't quite for him. So he joined Run4It in 2010 to fulfil his next childhood dream and lives the dream to this day. His proudest running achievements include medalling in each of the Scottish Athletics Masters Championships over 5k, 10k and Half Marathon in 2014. Scott is also (in his spare time!) one of the key team members who select the range of running shoes you see in our stores.

Pamela Andrews - Sports Therapist

Pamela has been working at our Bothwell Street store since February 2007. She is a fully-qualified Sports Therapist and is also an expert on all things feet (and any other part of the body you care to mention!). She enjoys adhering to a diet which is apparently healthy but sounds like purgatory, running for fitness, drinking wine to rehydrate post-exercise and reading the latest issue of the Journal of Sports Medicine. She has some wicked thumbs and elbows...in a good way!

Struan McBride

Struan brings an eye in Product Design Engineering gained from his studies to Run 4 It, investigating detail in everything he does or looks at. He's also demonstrated an innate skill to mimic a dancing waiter at shop nights out...it must come from his accomplished musical background. He's also a keen orienteer and sailor, organising and instructing at summer sailing schools.

Andrew Tait

Andrew joined Dundee Run4it in 2014. He competes regularly in triathlons whilst also enjoying many obstacle course races. He is a keen runner who seems to fluke his way through races never actually training properly, although it was no fluke he beat Rosie in the Forfar multi-terrain half marathon.
