London Marathon in 2019 is the highlight of her running career to date!
Former black belt of judo, François-Xavier (aka FX) started running after an ankle surgery in 2008 and likes to think of himself as a human Labrador. He first started with half-marathons and quickly moved on to ultras finishing his first 100km in Millau, near Montpellier, at the age of 22. He has completed many others up to 100 miles across different countries ever since. FX moved to Edinburgh in 2017 after 6 years working as a journalist for Runner’s World in France and is still very much into ultra-running. His ultimate goal is to compete at the Spartathlon one day, a 246km-road-race between Athens and Sparta.
Rob joined Run4It in July 2019 and is in his 4th year studying accounting at Edinburgh Napier. He ran the Edinburgh Marathon a couple of times and last year ran the Loch Ness Marathon where he got his personal best. Rob has also run the Scottish Half Marathon and Great Scottish Run, and likes to sign up for local events too. Growing up he has competed in many sports, including football, bowls, and badminton.
Scarlett joined the Run4It team in October 2021 after moving to Edinburgh. Having always loved hiking, Scarlett began running in 2016 as a way to further increase her time outdoors. She's looking forward to using trail running as a means to continue to explore different areas in Scotland and abroad.

He has always played a number of different sports and likes to take on road races of varying distances - he recently completed his 2nd marathon and is now targeting PB's in the 5k, 10k and half marathon over the next year alongside attempting to get back into triathlon. Before joining the Run4It team in 2022, Will worked in the Criminal Justice Service as a Probation Officer
James joined the Run4It team in January 2023 and is in his first year studying Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh. Each team member goes through a period of induction, training and assessment no matter what the job is. Over the years we have invested a load not just in the training but also in ensuring that we are giving the team the very best possible terms and conditions we can – it’s even written down in our business values.
