After a 21 year career in insurance, Scott joined Run4It in 2010 and remains with us to this day! He splits his time between being part of the management team in our Glasgow City store and creating content for our website. He’s also the company shoe guru (owning a ridiculously large shoe collection!) and has responsibility for the shoe range you see in our stores and on our website. If it doesn’t get Scott’s approval, we don’t stock it! A font of knowledge across the Glasgow and wider running scene, he’s an accomplished racer and a qualified endurance coach. Scott also leads the training group from our Glasgow City store on Monday evenings and loves using his expertise to help others improve their running, whatever their ability or experience.
Paul returned to Run4It after 18 months of being primary carer for his son having previously worked with the company for 3 years in a management role. His time in outdoor retail gives him a fantastic understanding of clothing material technologies and he can help you choose the perfect clothing to enhance your running experience whatever the Scottish weather throws at you!

We are often told that the difference between us and other shops is our people. We think they are just the best. Each team member goes through a period of induction, training and assessment no matter what the job is. Over the years we have invested a load not just in the training but also in ensuring that we are giving the team the very best possible terms and conditions we can – it’s even written down in our business values.
