Underfoot Feel
The Bounce midsole provides cushioning and flexibility. This will give your feet some protection from the terrain, but will also help your feet adapt to uneven ground conditions.
The 5-spike plate and teeth on the forefoot area of the outsole will give you confidence and grip on soft and muddy ground.
Upper Fit
The lightweight, breathable upper will lock in your feet. The breathability of the upper also makes it easy for water to drain from the adidas XCS.
Ideal Run Type
The adidas Unisex adizero XCS Running Spikes are for cross country training and racing.
Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes.
To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
