The midsole of these adidas track spikes is a molded EVA. Providing a responsive underfoot feel. The upper of the adidas Unisex Distancestar Distance Track Spikes is supportive, but should maintain flexibility.
Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
