A 6-pin spike plate helps to provide traction when you are running on the track. Inside the box, you will find a set of spike pins. It is easy to change the spike pins for any different height or material of spike pins that you choose to buy.
We expect that the adidas Unisex Distancestar Track Spikes will be most suitable for track running events ranging from 400m to 5000m. This is mainly due to the fact that there is protective foam cushioning, running throughout the entire length of the midsole.

Sizing Information
Please note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface. They are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
