The adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes feature Dreamstrike+ foam. This is a soft, yet energetic foam. Overall, the midsole should feel very cushioned, but it sits on the responsive end of the spectrum.
Some of this responsiveness is down the Support Rod system in the midsole. This firmer foam material mirrors your foot anatomy to aid stability and smooth out transitions.
An extensive amount of testing went into ensuring the adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes' upper would feel as comfortable as possible - especially around the ankle. The upper should feel soft, supportive, and secure.
The adidas Women's Supernova Rise Running Shoes should feel very comfortable for slower to steady paced runs.
Even though they are neutral running shoes, they feel very stable. If you prefer a supportive feel, these should suit you well.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
