Underfoot Feel
The midsole features adidas' Dreamstrike+ foam. This protective, yet energetic foam offers a responsive underfoot experience.
The adidas Supernova Solution are stability running shoes. A dual-density EVA foam - named Stability Support Rods - mirrors the bone structure of your feet. This supportive structure creates a very stable base under your feet and reduces excess pronation.
As the Stability Support Rods sit under the Dreamstrike+ foam, you should feel as though there's a lot of cushioning under your feet.
Upper Fit
As comfort is the priority on daily miles, the upper of the adidas Supernova Solution Running Shoes is soft and supportive. The heel collar should feel both plush and secure around your ankles.
Ideal Run Type
The adidas Women's Supernova Solution Running Shoes are for lower intensity days. This is because the midsole offers a lot of protection and comfort for slower paced runs.
As these are stability running shoes, runners with unstable feet and ankles are likely to find them most comfortable. One of the primary functions of the Stability Support Rod system is to counteract excessive pronation.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
