Advice for Road Runners: The Altra Men's Experience Flow 3 Running Shoes are suited to runners seeking a lightweight and responsive ride for everyday miles.
The lightweight Altra EGO™ P35 foam should deliver a responsive and efficient underfoot feel.
This cushioning is ideal for runners who want great protection, but also want to feel connected to the midsole and ground.
A 4 mm drop and rocker geometry promote fast and efficient transitions from landing to take-off.
The Altra Experience Flow 3 Running Shoes feature Altra's Standard FootShape™ fit. This is Altra's most common upper design, and is designed to let your feet splay naturally.
An engineered mesh upper offers a light and breathable feel.
While the Altra Men's Experience Flow 3 Running Shoes are suited to wide range of intensities, it's likely the cushioning will feel best during steady-paced runs. This is because the midsole should offer lots of energy return and help you maintain your pace.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
