Advice for Road Runners: The Paradigm 6 in the Navy/Light Blue colourway is a highly cushioned shoe which offers some guidance and stability as and when you need it.
The FootShape Toe Box allows your toes to relax and spread out naturally for more comfort and stability while the Balanced Cushioning Platform encourages low-impact form throughout your run. With an updated lightweight and highly-cushioned EGO MAX midsole you’ll feel protected on any road run while benefiting from some great responsiveness and a springy feel when you up the pace. Altra’s InnerFlex midsole design lets the foot flex naturally while keeping weight to a minimum. The upper is designed to improve breathability and hold the foot securely. The FootPod Technology outsole maps the bones and tendons of your foot and encourages it to bend and move naturally.
With GuideRails to enhance stability, the Paradigm 6 provides a solution for many runners seeking support in a plush package. The inclusion of a soft and responsive midsole makes the Paradigm 6 a fantastic option when support, comfort and protection are of prime importance.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
