Underfoot Feel
FF BLAST™ MAX foam delivers a soft and responsive underfoot feel. This works alongside a trail-specific trampoline pod to provide a bouncy ride.
The high-stack design also offers a very protective sensation.
ASICSGRIP™ delivers great traction on a wide range of surfaces. While 2.5 mm multidirectional lugs enhance grip on uphill and downhill terrain. Importantly, this lug depth should offer lots of comfort on compact ground - including tarmac.
Upper Construction
The engineered woven upper is lightweight and breathable. Trail specific details help improve the durability of the upper.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
