Body Glide | Women's Anti Chafe Balm For Her is ideal for helping to prevent the chances of chafing, skin irritation and the development of raw skin - which are all possible as a result of friction during long distance runs. Of course, well-fitting technical running clothes and footwear should help enormously when it comes to reducing the chances of friction. However, during long distance runs, some friction - such as between the inner thighs - is almost inevitable. Body Glide For Her is designed to help.
Body Glide should be applied to the skin. Apply it where chafing or skin irritation may be a concern. It washes off with mild soap.
