GTS stands for Go To Support. The Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 23 features a holistic support system. To explain further, GuideRails along the top of the midsole help align your knees and hips.
The latest edition of this popular model has been updated with Brooks' DNA LOFT v2 cushioning. All you need to know is that it's lighter, and performs better than the previous DNA LOFT material.
Upper Fit
The all black upper of this Adrenaline GTS 23 features a soft and breathable mesh. 3D Fit Print technology lowers the amount of stitching. In addition to looking better, this reduces weight and lowers the chances of friction.
Ideal Run Conditions
The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 features soft cushioning and a holistic support system. As a result of these attributes, this type of running shoe typically works well for consistently paced runs at slow to steady paces.
We know that some runners prefer a darker colourway for running or walking. The Adrenaline GTS 23 in this all black styling provides an alternative to the seasonal colourways.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
