Underfoot Feel
A Vibram® MegaGrip with Traction Lug outsole - with 4 mm lugs - offers exceptional traction on both wet and dry surfaces.
Brooks' Trail Adapt Technology improves stability and flexibility on uneven terrain. This is down to the combination of a wide base, coupled with segmented pods. The flex points ensures the midsole/outsole moves with the terrain.
A thick layer of nitrogen-infused DNA FLASH v2 cushioning offers a high degree of protection for long-distance runs and sections of firm ground.
Upper Construction
The Brooks Cascadia 20 Running Shoes have a trail-ready upper. The upper features a soft air mesh with protective 3D overlays - improving the durability of high-abrasion areas.
A toe cap shields the foot from rocks and tree roots. While an anti-debris tongue reduces the chances of small stones entering.

Sizing Advice
