Underfoot Feel
The Ghost AMP midsole is made from a nitrogen-infused PEBA/EVA blend - named DNA HYPE cushioning. This results in a bouncy underfoot feel.
A key feature to note is the SpringRamp technology in the forefoot. This is a co-moulded section of firmer DNA HYPE foam, that improves propulsion at toe off.
Overall, the Ghost AMP midsole feels very light and agile underfoot.
Upper Construction
The lightweight warp knit space upper offers lots of breathability. It should help keep your feet cooler during faster-paced runs.
Padding around the heel counter improves comfort and lockdown.
Ideal Run Type
Although the Brooks Men's Ghost AMP Running Shoes are great all-rounders, they should feel best when you're running at steady to faster paces. This is because the midsole feels light and energetic underfoot.
If this is the type of underfoot experience you favour, the Ghost AMP may also feel comfortable for your slower-paced runs.

Sizing Advice
