The Glycerin Max 3 Running Shoes feature an updated midsole foam called DNA RISE TUNED.
This material is 7% more cushioned, 8% more responsive, and 15% lighter than DNA TUNED foam, which featured in the Glycerin Max 2.
The nitrogen-infused foam utilises a dual-cell construction to provide ultra-soft landings and propulsive toe-offs. The greater proportion of responsive foam in the forefoot enhances the Glideroll Rocker technology - which leads to exceptionally smooth transitions from landing to take-off.
