Underfoot Feel

The midsole of the Adrenaline GTS 23 is made with Brooks DNA Loft v2 cushioning. This is lightweight and soft, and feels unobtrusive underneath your feet. 

A key part of the midsole is Brooks' GuideRails® support system. GuideRails® help to align your knees and hips. They operate in similar fashion to the bumpers at a bowling alley: limiting excess movement.

Upper Fit

The engineered air mesh provides comfort and breathability. The upper also contributes to the stability offered by the Adrenaline GTS 23. 3D Fit Print overlays create structure, helping to support your feet.

Ideal Run Type

Thanks to the soft cushioning, the Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes are best for slow to steady-paced runs. The adaptable nature of the GuideRails® support system can be a great feature during longer runs. As you become tired, your running style may change and more instability may be present. That's when GuideRails® can be particularly helpful.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
