Underfoot Experience
Brooks' DNA LOFT v2 cushioning results in a soft and lightweight midsole. Producing a shoe that feels protective, but not overly bulky underfoot.
In addition to the midsole material, a segmented crash pad helps to take the sting out of landing. A segmented crash pad is found towards the lateral side of the outsole at the back of each shoe.
The Ghost 15 are neutral running shoes.
Upper Fit
Comfort and breathability results from the engineered air mesh upper. A 3D Fit Print provides a secure fit for your feet and minimises the chance of irritation from stitching.
Ideal Run Type
The Brooks Women's Ghost 15 Running Shoes are best for easy to steady-paced training runs. The soft, cushioned midsole should take pressure off your feet and legs - helping you to focus on enjoying your run.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
