Underfoot Feel
Premium nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning offers a soft and energetic underfoot feel. This cushioning should feel protective when you're running on hard surfaces.
The outsole has 3 mm lugs, as this offers a smooth ride on compact ground and extra traction on groomed trails and park paths.
TrailTack Green Rubber increases grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
Upper Construction
An engineered double jacquard air mesh offers lots of breathability. However, the upper in the Brooks Ghost Trail Running Shoes is also designed for off-road runs.
A 3D printed layer and mudguard in the toe box improves protection and durability.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
