Each gel delivers 24 grams of carbohydrate in a 1:08 ratio of glucose to fructose, and has the goal of optimising absorption and reducing GI discomfort.
200mg of added Sodium, and the addition of other electrolytes, should help your hydration and muscle function.
The Cadence Core Gel has a neutral flavour profile - helping to reduce sensory fatigue over hours of exercise.
