This pack contains 12 x 300ml cans of the Cadence Core Hydration Drink in the Melonberry flavour.
From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence Core Hydration Drink Can contains:
- Sodium to help you maintain fluid and electrolyte balance in the body by retaining water, thus aiding hydration through osmosis;
- 190mg of potassium to contribute to the maintenance of normal cellular fluid balance, nerve impulses and muscle contractions; and
- 30mg of magnesium to facilitate the necessary electrolyte balance for proper cellular water distribution.

- Cadence Core Hydration Drink Cans are vegan, caffeine free, and contain zero grams of carbohydrate, and zero calories.
