From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence Core Hydration Drink Can contains:

• 500mg of sodium to help you maintain fluid and electrolyte balance in the body by retaining water, thus aiding hydration through osmosis;
• 190mg of potassium to contribute to the maintenance of normal cellular fluid balance, nerve impulses and muscle contractions; and
• 30mg of magnesium to facilitate the necessary electrolyte balance for proper cellular water distribution.
