Cadence | Race 500 - 30 Sachets - Grapefruit

The Cadence Race 500 Sachet is Cadence's Core electrolyte solution with added caffeine and L-theanine. Designed to help you to maintain cellular hydration and electrolyte balance, and to improve your energy and sustain focus. 

From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence Race 500 Sachet contains:

• 500mg of sodium to optimise hydration via improved fluid absorption, greater fluid retention and maintenance of electrolyte balance;
• 200mg of potassium to regulate cellular fluid balance, supporting cardiovascular health, nerve and muscle function; and 
• 20mg of marine magnesium (aquamin) which should contribute to electrolyte balance, energy-yielding metabolism, nerve and muscle function.

However, a sachet also contains:

• 100mg of caffeine for the purpose of boosting alertness and reducing fatigue; and
• 200mg of L-theanine to reduce stress and anxiety, and promote calmness and clarity.

When to consume Cadence Race 500

It is recommended that you use Cadence Race 500 Sachets 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to training sessions. 

Cadence Race 500 has been specifically designed to maximise hydration and energy whenever you need it most.

You may want to be careful about consuming Cadence Race 500 late in the day - as the caffeine content may disrupt your sleep. 

Instructions for use

It is recommended to mix one sachet with 500ml to 1L of water. You will probably find it easiest to mix the product by shaking it in a bottle.
