To put a FlipBelt on, you simply step into it as you would to a pair of shorts or trousers. Then pull the FlipBelt up to your hips. Once you've put your items in your FlipBelt, turn the FlipBelt over so that the access points and pockets are on the inside of the belt - facing your body. This means that you can run with next to no chance of items falling out of the FlipBelt.
This FlipBelt holds items such as keys, phones and credit cards close to your body. Minimising the chance of bounce from the running belt.
The open access points to the main internal storage section are very secure. However, this FlipBelt has a pocket which can be zipped shut for extra security.
Overall, the FlipBelt Zipper Running Belt is one of the most distraction free ways of carrying essential items on your run.
