Underfoot Feel
The new midsole compound in the HOKA Speedgoat 6 Trail Running Shoes is lighter and more responsive. This should help improve your performance when you're trying to move quickly over technical terrain.
The outsole still features 5 mm Vibram MegaGrip with Traction Lug. However, the lug orientation has been altered to improve grip on loose terrain.
Overall, the midsole and outsole should deliver a solid and stable feel on technical trails.
Upper Fit
Changes to the HOKA Speedgoat 6 Trail Running Shoes' upper should improve comfort and performance. Firstly, the woven textile upper combines with an internal support chassis to hold your feet securely. A plusher dual-sided gusseted tongue also prevents debris entry.
Finally, a new dynamic vamp improves the fit in the toe box. This should accommodate foot swelling that might occur over the course of a run.

Sizing Advice
