Underfoot Feel
A dual-density PEBA foam midsole offers high levels of energy return and great impact protection.
Importantly, the rearfoot-focused Active Foot Frame™ provides some added support for your feet and ankles.
A full-length carbon-fibre plate - sandwiched between two layers of foam - enhances propulsion and limits energy loss. As the plate is also winged, it offers a small amount of additional support.
The curved heel-to-toe geometry - named Smooth MetaRocker™ - smooths out transitions from landing to take-off.
Finally, a sticky rubber outsole improves traction.
Upper Fit
Featuring a single layer warp knit upper, the HOKA Unisex Rocket X 3 Running Shoes should feel very breathable. 3D print logos help keep the weight down.
A streamlined collar offers ample support for long-distance racing.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
