In addition to having a waterproof inner, the mittens have Primaloft Gold Insulation Active+ to keep your hands warm. This synthetic insulation also transfers moisture away from the skin. A durable water repellent (DWR) PFC-free coating also helps to provide protection from the rain and snow.
On the palm side of the mittens, silicone grip helps you to securely hold accessories.
If it's very cold, the mitt will comfortably sit over the top of a thin liner glove.
