Advice for Road Runners: The Mizuno Women's Wave Horizon 8 Running Shoes are suited to runners seeking maximum support and cushioning.
A top layer of premium Mizuno Enerzy Nxt cushioning should feel soft and highly-protective.
While the bottom layer of Mizuno Enerzy foam also offers great impact protection, it helps improve the inherent stability of the midsole.
The midsole should feel very stable and supportive. This is because the midsole has a very broad base and a rubber wall on the medial side.
The rubber wall should slow down the speed of pronation and guide the foot throughout the gait cycle.
A smooth stretch woven upper delivers a premium fit and feel. Importantly, this upper design also compliments the supportive midsole construction.
The Mizuno Women's Wave Horizon 8 Running Shoes offer great impact protection and support. As a result, this model is suited to everyday miles - especially when you're legs are feeling tired and fatigued.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
