You should experience a soft and protective underfoot experience. This is a result of a thick layer of plush Mizuno Enerzy cushioning.
If you heel strike, the Mizuno Wave Skyrise 5 Running Shoes should feel really comfortable. Mizuno's premium Enerzy Core foam sits in the rear section of the midsole, and provides lots of impact protection.
As the midsole and outsole base are very broad, the cushioning should feel stable and supportive.
The Mizuno Wave Skyrise 5 Running Shoes feature a premium stretch woven upper. This material stretches from side to side - meaning it will adapt to your foot shape.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
